    我做教练了,哈哈。。增肥的请进哈哈哈

    增肥志在“坚持”

     

    一定要吃好早饭才可以出门!!!

    宁愿少睡一会的,切记!!!!!

    550起床

    610早饭一(粥,最好是热的暖胃的,吃的饱饱的,不吃罚款99.不吃饱罚款69元)

    620出门(最好是跑着去车站,走路的话要走的很快的那种)

    630车上休息睡觉(听音乐,心情保持舒畅,心情不好罚款99元)

    720早饭二(可以是馒头等非粥类的早饭,最好来点早餐奶,越甜越好)

    800上班(心情保持舒畅,心情不好罚款99元)

    1130中饭(要吃的非常饱,不挑食,你敢挑食罚款99元)

    1220运动(可以是随意的一点运动,和同事聊天,沟通无极限)

    100上班(心情保持舒畅,心情不好罚款99元)

    300点心(可以是妙浮,巧克力派,要软的,不然伤胃,忘记带的话罚款99元)

    500下班

    530晚饭一(也是事先带好的点心,可以在车上吃,一定要吃,不吃你找打)

    700晚饭二(晚饭也要吃的饱饱的,不挑食,肉的菜的都要吃,你敢挑食你找打)

    800运动,上网(和教练保持沟通的平台,报告最新战绩。。。没有做到的罚款现金哈哈)

    1000夜宵(喝粥加菜菜,或者酱菜,可以是面条年糕,实在没有就干点,一定要吃,不然罚款199元)

    1030洗澡睡觉(不能超过十二点睡觉,超过罚款199元)

     

    每个礼拜进行一次锻炼,羽毛球,网球,还有一次游泳,

    坚持到底!

     

    准备一个专门的钱夹,凡是没有做到的将罚款的项目自觉放入钱夹,一个礼拜一次定期将钱教给教练我,哈哈!
